Pampered Chef Deep Covered Baker

Don't you just love new kitchen appliances, utensils, pans, etc.? I've got a new toy for my kitchen. It is  a Pampered Chef Deep Covered Baker. It works great. It can be used in the microwave or the oven. It was useful in oven roasting both chicken & beef. The chicken had wonderful brown crusty skin on the breast. The roast was tender and juicy. My only complaint is that the Pampered Chef Deep Covered Baker doesn't come with a rack. The poultry was cooking in the drippings, so the underside skin was not crispy. Another piece of advice, line the stone with foil for easier cleaning. Overall grade is B+ for function.
