Peanut Butter Pie

Peanut Butter Cream Pie


1 8 oz cream cheese softened
1 1/2 cups smooth peanut butter
3/4 cup granulated sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 container cool whip topping thawed 
1 Oreo cookie pie crust
 Miniature Reese's Cups to decorate


In a large bowl, using  hand help mixer: Cream together: cheese, peanut butter, sugar, and vanilla. Add 1/2 of the cool whip to lighten the peanut butter mixture. Then, lightly fold in the rest of the cool whip. Pour mixture into Oreo pie crust. Decorate with miniature Reese's cups, or cut regular size Reese's cups into fourths. Refrigerate for @ least 30  minutes before serving. Easy and delicious.
