These burgers are juicy and heart healthy. They are easy to make. You will love these burgers.
Turkey Burgers
1 lb ground turkey breast
1/4 C red bell pepper, finely chopped
1/4 C green bell pepper, finely chopped
1/4 C onion, finely chopped
2 Tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Salt and Pepper to taste
1 Tablespoon minced garlic
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
Mix all ingredients together in large bowl. Don't over mix. Form into burgers. Cook burgers on medium to medium high heat. Place burgers in a preheated pan with 2 Tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Cook on each side 7 minutes until completely done. SEE pictures in this blog.
