CAULIMASH TRY IT INSTEAD OF MASHED POTATOES.

      1 Head Cauliflower cut into small pieces
1 Russet Potato peeled & cubed
   Chicken Bouillon


Clean your veggies. Place in Medium size pot. Add water to cover. Place boullion in water. This will add flavor and prevent the need for butter. Bring to boil on medium high heat until the potato is fork tender. This takes about 15 to 20 minutes.
Drain the broth into a bowl. Return the cauliflower and potato to the pot. Use some of the broth to mash your veggies.  Try adding green onions & minced garlic to flavor the dish.
It really is good.
