Party Bean Dip

Who doesn't like bean dip? This recipe is super easy and tasty.


 


Party Bean Dip

1 Can refried beans
2 Tablespoons Butter Melted
4 oz Philadelphia Cream Cheese Room Temp
1 Can Herdez* Salsa with liquid (may drain if you want thicker dip) 
Shredded Cheese ( like Sargento Colby Jack)

Mix together first 4 ingredients. Place in serving bowl. Sprinkle with Sargento Colby Jack shredded cheese and serve with Frito Lay's Corn Chip Scoops. Tip: add some red pepper flakes or sliced jalapenos for a little extra spicy kick. May serve warm, room temp, or just out of the frig. DELICIOUS.

**HEART HEALTHY VERSION**

1 CAN LOW SODIUM BLACK BEANS DRAINED, RINSED,MASHED
4 OZ FAT FREE CREAM CHEESE
1 CAN HERDEZ* SALSA 

MIX TOGETHER AND SERVE WITH CARROTS, CELERY, RADISHES, TRICOLOR PEPPER SLICES. MAY SERVE WARM, COLD OR ROOM TEMP. DELICIOUS. TIP: WARM THE BEANS AND MASH THEM  WITH SOME LOW SODIUM FAT FREE CHICKEN BROTH. ADD AS MUCH OR AS LITTLE CHICKEN BROTH TO MAKE THE DIP THE RIGHT CONSISTANCY FOR YOU.
