Easy Granola

Easy Granola Bars


2 Cups Oats ****Use Quinoa for gluten free***
1/2 Cup brown sugar
1/2 Cup honey
1/2 Cup almond butter (may substitute canola oil, butter, or peanut butter)
3/4 Cup your choice chocolate chips, coated chocolate candies, nuts, dried fruit.

Mix all ingredients in medium bowl. Spread evenly into brownie pan/8x8 square pan. For thinner & crispier granola bars, spread in 8x11 Pyrex dish.

Bake in preheated 350 F degree oven for 20 minutes or until lightly golden brown. Cool. Cut into squares. Yum!
