SOUTHWESTERN QUINOA

2 CUPS RED OR WHITE QUINOA COOKED
1/2 CUP GREEN BELL PEPPER
2 EARS FRESH CORN COOKED,CORED
1 CAN BLACK BEANS
1 CAN ROTEL TOMATOES
3 GREEN ONION SLICED
1/2 CUP CILANTRO

MIX ALL INGREDIENTS TOGETHER. SERVE  WARM, ROOM TEMP OR OUT OF THE FRIG. DELICIOUS AND NUTRITIOUS.
