QUINOA

QUINOA

1 CUP BOILING WATER
2 TABLESPOONS CHOPPED BELL PEPPER (ANY COLOR)
1 TEASPOON MINCED GARLIC
1 CHICKEN BOUILLON
1 BAY LEAF
1/2 CUP PRE-WASHED QUINOA

ADD ALL INGREDIENTS TO BOILING WATER, STIR, LET SIMMER FOR 20 MINUTES.
DELICIOUS AS A SIDE DISH OR MEATLESS ENTREE.
