SOUTHERN PEACH COBBLER

Y'all are not going to believe how delicious this is and how easy it is to prepare.

2 pkgs of frozen peaches (thawed)
3/4 Cup sugar
1 pinch of salt 
1 teaspoon almond extract
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 Tablespoon corn or potato starch
The Breakdown Café's sugar cookie dough


Preheat oven 375 F.
Combine all of the ingredients except the cookie dough. Pour into 9x9 glass buttered dish. Place the cookie dough on top of the fruit mixture. You can either roll out the dough or dot it on the top. Place dish on parchment lined cookie sheet. Bake for 35 - 45 minutes. Delicious.
