FROM STRESSED TO DE-STRESSED

It seems we have more and more responsibilities these days. With all these added pressures, it can really add on the stress. Here's the breakdown! Stress is our enemy. Stress is not good for our mental, spiritual, or physical health.  How do you react to stress? Some people cry. Some withdraw from life. The Breakdown Café deals with stress head on.

Here are some ways to decompress the stress in your life! 

1) Know your limits and set reasonable limits. If you can't handle it, you just can't handle it.
2) Say No. Don't take on added responsibilities.
3) Prioritize. Do the most important things first.
4) Organize. Have a plan.
5) Be true to your words. Don't make promises you know you won't keep.
6) Decompress daily. Spend quality time with the ones you love. Listen to music. Read. Pray.
7) Stay Positive.
8) Eat healthy. Snack healthy. Kind protein bars (found @ Kroger & Target) are full of antioxidants, protein, and fiber.
9) Drink water.
10) Drink Orange Juice. OJ is rich in vitamin C and fiber.1 glass will do.
11) Get plenty of rest. Our bodies need to rejuvenate.
