Thin Mint Cookie
This recipe is so easy. All you need are
Graham Crackers*1 sleeve
1 package of Andes baking candies
In a microwavable bowl: Melt candies in 15 second intervals (usually takes 3 cycles). Stir between every cycle until completely melted.
Separate the graham crackers into desired size either quarters or halves.
Once the chocolate is completely melted, use a fork to dip the crackers in the chocolate. Place on wax paper to dry at room temperature for 20 minutes.
These are simple and delicious. Fun for the whole family!
Tip: If you want to eat them sooner, you can place in the refrigerator for 10 minutes to set.
*Instead of plain graham crackers try chocolate grahams or vanilla wafer cookies.
